What You'll Be Doing Crafting the Total Rewards portfolio: As our Total Rewards Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind our total rewards program. Health insurance, retirement plans, company cars and other cool perks - you name it, you'll be overseeing it. Get ready to collaborate with benefits vendors, negotiate like a pro, and make sure our offerings are as cost-effective as they are awesome. Incentives that Wow: Designing and managing incentive programs will be your hobbyhorse. Performance-based incentives or bonuses - you'll create initiatives that not only boost engagement but also celebrate the incredible achievements of our team. Celebrating Excellence: Let's make work feel like added value! Develop and implement recognition programs that highlight milestones, achievements, and outstanding performances. Your goal? Collect and utilize data to evaluate how effective our total rewards program is, spot trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Benchmark studies? You'll be on top of those to keep our rewards program competitive and cutting-edge. Law-Abiding Loyalist: Stay on top of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits. Ensure our total rewards program remains compliant and up-to-date with any legal changes. Engagement Champion: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to understand what makes our employees tick. Tailor rewards programs to enhance engagement and job satisfaction because, let's face it, happy employees make a happy workplace. Strategic Thinker: Work closely with senior leadership and HR to align our total rewards program with our overall business and talent strategies. Your insights will contribute to strategic decisions that impact compensation, benefits, and employee retention. Continuous Improvement Champ: Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our total rewards program. Seek feedback from our team and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement efforts. You will be well-equipped for the role if you bring following toolkit Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits or total rewards management. Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee engagement strategies, and a knack for data analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. Proven experience in designing and implementing successful total rewards programs. Strong organizational and project management skills.
