Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team on a one-month contract basis as Call Center Sales Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for upselling pharmaceutical products, tracking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing customers to upsell pharmaceutical products.Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.Process orders accurately and efficiently.Track orders and ensure timely delivery.Maintain customer records and update databases as needed.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Requirements:Matric/ Grade 12 Afrikaans Speaking
