Overview Description: Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in the construction industry to join our client's team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting Ensure projects comply with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to develop project plans and designs Perform site evaluations and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control Review and analyze engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Ensure the health and safety of all workers on construction sites Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry Proficient in construction management software Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Benefits: Salary Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
