Role Profile We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Grading Specialist, based at our state-of-the-art Belview Site. Reporting to the Site Head of Quality, the Quality Grading Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end review of product related quality & food safety parameters to ensure products meets the set release criteria compliance before the final decision to release the product for customers. A key deliverable of the Grader role will be to check all product process related documentation/logs, review all analytical results and grade the finished products to the their respective material numbers within a defined time line. The role will involve collaboration with internal Belview and external functions to continuously provide the updates and fulfil requests such as certificates of Analysis, product samples & documents. The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who possesses strong technical ability, is adept at building cross-functional relationships and has the ability to work on their own initiative. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for batch documentation, grading/release of all finished products raw materials after reviewing of all quality & food safety parameters; Review daily production & quality records, logbooks for product release, reports deviations CCP & OPRP, RFT review; Compilation and review of QC and Manufacturing Batch Records for compliance to cGMP; Support logbook creation, logbook archiving and management; Key User for Labware LIMS Product Release, Grading module, OOS data review, ER sign-off and product down-grade; Review Labware LIMS batch record QC/QA test data and Process CCP/OPRP data to support release of finished product; Maintenance of SAP Stock Module master batch record to support product release; Transfer of test data from Labware LIMS to SAP Stock Module master batch record, review any out of specification results with relevant QC Manager, create and maintain SAP master data and Batch Search Strategies; Management & reporting of internal & external (customer) KPIs including Positive Release on time in full, Right First Time and Product Downgrade etc.; Support RCA investigations into final product deviations; Ensuring despatch analysis certificates are maintained and complete in SAP; Manage customer & DAFM sampling, responsible for sample preparation, its document preparation and timely dispatch to customers; Work as backup to other quality role on as needed basis; Lead change control related to specifications, review of customer and internal specifications and ensure all finished products & manufacturing specifications are maintained, coordinate with QC manager to make sure correct specs are in use; Support in internal and external audits; Any other improvement projects and jobs assigned by the Head of Quality. Requirements Bachelors degree preferable in food sciences or dairy technology; At least 2 years experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Quality Systems and documentation; Strong communications with multi-functional stakeholders, including customers; Quality Systems Audits and documentation experience; Computer literate in SAP essential and a working knowledge of LIMS, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint etc.; Knowledge of Dairy powders products, processes, specifications and recipes is an advantage; Demonstrate attention to detail to do the job at a high level of accomplishment; Demonstrate an ability to lead and drive change to achieve organisation standards, strong technical ability and attention to detail to do the job at a high level of accomplishment; Ability to analyse data, recognise trends and recommend actions to drive continuous improvement; Aptitude for technical administrative processes.
