Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent/Construction Manager to join their team in De Aar and in Bethel. As a Site Agent/Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.Contract based: 8-12months Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor and track project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management Manage and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field Previous experience working as a Site Agent/Construction Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Valid driver's license BenefitsSalary: Market Related.Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
