Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Campus Operations Manager at our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of office management, including receptionist and office assistant management, budget management, project assistance, office maintenance, and acting as a liaison for various campus-related matters. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Management of Receptionist/Office Assistants: - Conduct weekly status meetings with receptionist/office assistants. - Provide mentoring and coaching to foster professional development. - Conduct bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings to address individual performance and goals. Managing the Campus Office Budget: - Hold monthly review meetings with relevant stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to budgets and propose cost-saving initiatives. - Adhere to PGA Finance processes and track monthly budgets. Campus Events: - Assist and support in running campus projects. - Take the lead on driving forward major initiatives. - Support PGA initiatives such as onsite training or meetings. Office Maintenance and Upkeep: - Take accountability for office maintenance and upkeep. - Ensure receptionist/office assistants manage maintenance tasks effectively. Campus Liaison: - Act as the point of contact for various campus-related matters including landlord, finance, health & safety, and collaborations. - Coordinate with external service providers as necessary. Plumbing and Electrical Maintenance: - Coordinate plumbing and electrical repairs promptly. - Ensure compliance with routine checks and servicing. Additional Duties: - Manage BEE compliance processes including meetings, documentation, and relationship maintenance. - Assist with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests and platform support. - Support resource operations including equipment ordering and stock management. - Manage housekeeping staff. - Coordinate campus-wide events and celebrations. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience in office management or related roles. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and budget management software.
