Overview A leading chemical company situated in Gauteng is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Factory Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for: Management and supervision of a busy specialty chemical factory. Ordering of raw materials. Arranging daily production schedules (production planning). Health & Safety. Labour Relations (staff management, discipline - warnings, hearings, etc assisted by HR). Compliance - SABS, NRCS, ISO, etc. Product failure and customer complaints.
