Capable of running a team of guys with a fleet of equipment. Understand the civil construction process including reading plans and following survey. Skilled at health and safety practices including knowing how to keep a team safe. Someone who is a positive leader who gets in and helps the team get results. Professional in the face of the client and other stakeholders.
