- Advise clients on how Microsoft Dynamics fits their environment, infrastructure, functional needs, and compliance requirements
- Lead the architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing solutions, Power Platform, and Field Services
- Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, end-users, and functional leads to ensure the architecture meets project needs, including integration with third-party systems
- Provide guidance to Dynamics functional and technical teams on project design
- Assist the Delivery Lead in planning and executing solution implementations
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) as a Technical Consultant or Architect, with a track record of successful implementations in complex customer service engagements
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, with experience in multiple versions (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)
- Ability to collaborate with BAs, SMEs, and Dynamics 365 Functional Leads to design solutions aligned with client needs, including integration with third-party systems
- Experience guiding Dynamics Developers and SMEs
- Skilled in creating both high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design documentation
- Expertise in data integration and migration, with experience in onsite/offshore delivery models and frameworks such as MVC and Entity Framework
- Strong client-facing communication skills and experience with pre-sales demonstrations
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or later, with experience in SSRS and FetchXML custom reporting
- Expertise in .NET Framework 4.5+ and WCF/Web API
- Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL)
- Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and Portal
- Familiarity with Customer Insights
- Degree or equivalent experience
- TOGAF certification (preferred)
- Agile methodology certification
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales - MB-210)
