Below are skills and experience required: Job Location: Gurgaon/Pune Exp Level: 3-8yrs Job Description: Veeva Vault Configuration and Development: o Configure and develop solutions within Veeva Vault to manage territory alignments, account targeting, sales force structures, and customer activity tracking. o Customize and optimize the alignment rules and workflow processes based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with Veeva CRM and other systems. o Implement features such as territory assignment, account alignments, call plans, and related business processes. • Data Integration and Management: o Develop and manage integrations between Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and other external systems such as ERP, master data management (MDM) tools, and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors. o Ensure smooth and reliable data synchronization between systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy for key business operations. • Testing and Validation: o Design and implement unit tests, system tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for configurations and customizations in Veeva Vault. o Ensure all customizations and developments meet compliance standards, including GxP requirements for the Life Sciences industry. • Documentation: o Create comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to support the implementation of new configurations and processes. o Document development processes, code changes, and project status updates.
