  1. Understand student-users, institutional partners
  2. Develop and oversee the execution of content strategies across verticals
  3. Content performance analysis and continuous improvement
Detailed scope of responsibilities:
  1. Understand student-users, institutional partners:
  • Build a clear understanding of different market segments, student-users personas, university-types and the USPs of different education loan providers
  • Understand the brand position, program offerings and value proposition of partners universities
  • Keep updated on trends on content, platforms and usage patterns of our users
  1. Develop and oversee the execution of content strategies:
  • Collaborate with business heads, account managers to understand the business goals that need to be driven by content
  • Build customized strategies for different user-types and university partners as per the business goals that GradRight wants to achieve for them
  • Create clear execution plan and calendar of content production that is aligned to the strategies and business goals
  • Collaborate with multiple content, design and business teams, freelance writers to ensure successful execution of the content plan
  1. Content analysis and audit:
  • Conduct continuous analysis of outcomes achieved from content published and make changes to optimize campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency and evolve brand guidelines as required
Qualification & Experience:
  1. Bachelors in English/Journalism OR Masters in Journalism/Mass Communication/Digital Marketing or related fields preferred but not mandatory
  2. 6-7 years of experience in Digital Content Marketing, Email Marketing, PR/ preferably in higher education/social sector/startups
Skills & Qualities:
  1. Story-teller: A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of how to create content that resonates with target audiences.
  2. Marketeer :
  3. Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to write in different styles and tones
  5. Designer: Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie to create engaging video content
  6. Collaborator: Ability to work collaboratively with teams from multiple functions
  7. Project Manager: Proficient in tracking schedules, performance and project progress
  8. Analyst: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Advanced Excel skills to measure and optimize content performance
