A reputable construction company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and experienced Precast Production Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in precast production management, with a strong background in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the precast production process, including planning, scheduling, and quality control. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the precast production team, ensuring that all production targets are metDevelop and implement production plans and schedules, taking into account project timelines and resource availabilityMonitor and control the quality of precast products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specificationsCollaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure the efficient and accurate production of precast elementsManage inventory levels of raw materials and components, ensuring that production can proceed without delays or shortagesImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance, including production volume, quality, and efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wasteTrain and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityPreferred Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in precast production management, preferably within the construction industryStrong knowledge of precast production processes, including casting, curing, and finishingExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to precast productionProficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and production management systemsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSkillsStrong leadership and team managementExcellent organizational and time managementProblem-solving and decision-makingKnowledge of precast production processesProficiency in CAD software and production management systems
