MAC is committed to delivering turnkey projects of the highest international standards, emphasizing excellence and innovation in all endeavors.Role DescriptionThe Building Supervisor will be responsible for managing the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of the building. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants and visitors. This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Supervisor at MAC in Jeddah. The Building Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing building maintenance, managing facility operations, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.Manage a team of maintenance staff, custodians, and security personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to occupants.Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize the building's operational efficiency.Liaise with tenants and address their concerns regarding building services, maintenance requests, and safety issues.Prepare and manage budgets related to building maintenance and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.Collaborate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work.Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.Oversee maintenance and operations work.Manage the team and ensure adherence to schedules.Coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient workflow.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Communication abilitiesExperience in Carpentry and Building MaintenanceKnowledge of Facility Management (FM)Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentRelevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field
