Lead Mobile Developer | IOS | Android | Flutter | Dart Permanent | Onsite/Remote – Your Choice! Earn up to £100,000 base plus extras We are seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Engineer with a strong background in Flutter and Dart. You will take full ownership of mobile development, focusing on building scalable and maintainable applications, while also mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment. **Key Responsibilities:**- Lead the development of our Flutter app in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. - Own and prioritize technical improvements and feature delivery. - Mentor junior engineers and help drive a culture of continuous learning. - Collaborate closely with product owners and backend engineers to deliver new features. - Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and mobile app security. - Promote best practices in mobile architecture and design patterns. **Requirements:**- Proven commercial experience with Flutter/Dart. - Knowledge of iOS/Android native development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is beneficial. - Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP) and mobile UI development. - Experience leading teams and supporting less experienced engineers. - Expertise in Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments. - Strong understanding of SOLID principles, mobile app security, and REST APIs.
