At Invero you are not just a number but will become a go to person for our clients and other team members to guide them along their cloud journey.The Modern Work Solutions Architect will act as an evangelist and visionary in Modern Workplace technologies to help our clients achieve more with Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, Security and Power Platform. Help clients to modernize and optimize business processes, streamline how they operate by implementing automation, and secure their M365 environment. Guide clients on their journey by painting a roadmap for them that Invero can help to execute.Responsibilities:Lead Invero's efforts in Modern Work technologyIdentify and facilitate appropriate modern work cloud services, solutions, and technologiesLead the modern work delivery resources and work with other practice areas on future plans with adjacent/complementary technologies to be used within our solutions to provide an end to end solution for the client.Conduct modern work design, governance and road mapping of prospect and customer environmentsDevelop guiding principles, standards, and best practices for team members in the modern work practiceResponsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of modern work solutionsAct as technical lead on customer facing engagementsDevelop new modern work offers to bring to market and educate the sales team on how to sell those solutions and uncover opportunities in existing and prospective client environments. Partner with the Sales team to build sales collateral.Assist clients in defining strategy and migrating or modernizing their cloud environmentProvide strategic direction and implementation plans for team membersAssist in resolution of project related issues by serving as a point of escalation for quality and technical issuesResponsible to lead proposal writing processes which includes understanding the customer requirements, contribute to preparing the solution - presenting capabilities, experience, solutioning and pricing, and authoring the responseBuilding business case studies and engaging on projects/strategic initiatives that build a value proposition for the clientBuild proof of concepts to test out new technologies and ideasIdentifying potential opportunities for future business within the modern work spaceRequired Experience:7-10 years of related experienceStrong pre-sales skills, including discovery, proposal writing, and proposal delivery. Help to close deals and address any client concerns within this process.Microsoft 365 or Power Platform certificationsSecurity experience as it relates to M365 and Identity is a nice to haveExperience in consulting and services engagements on M365 and Power PlatformAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with internal team and customersStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills with abilities to prioritize projectsExperience with recommending new technologies from vision to implementation and managementExperience with presenting on new technologies and their associated benefitsExperience with communication skills in explaining new technologies and processExperience working in large enterprises, been responsible with accountability for M365 platformHands on platform experience with most of the Microsoft 365 productsExposure to Intune, SCCM and other endpoint and systems management technologiesGovernance experienceInformation strategy and mapping experience on various past projectsExcellent written and oral communication skillsYou must be comfortable talking to people and have the ability to get in front of a client and talk knowledgeably about technical topics on many different topics.
