GreenTech Resources Worldwide Canada | Full timeField Sales ExecutiveNOC Code: NOC 64100 - Retail salespersons and visual merchandisersWork Experience: 1-3 yearsCountry: CanadaAbout usJob DescriptionSales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and market research.Present and promote our immigration services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits.Account Management:Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and progress using CRM software.Monitor client accounts to ensure they remain satisfied and informed about their immigration process.Prepare reports on sales activity, client interactions, and market trends.Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal advisors to ensure clients receive comprehensive and accurate advice.Participate in team meetings, contributing to the development of sales strategies and objectives.RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management, preferably in the immigration or consultancy industry.Skills and Competencies:Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Requirements:Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and regulations is an asset.Multilingual abilities are a plus.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
