Category: SalesCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Managerial)Experience: 3 YearsRequired Qualification: Bachelor's degreeRequires Traveling: NoSalary: 5000 - 7000 AEDSalary Type: Per MonthTotal Vacancies: 1Description- Prepare plan to achieve company targets.- Prepare and build an accurate route plan for the merchandisers under your area based on the market's needs.- Visit markets to ensure all products are displayed in a proper way on the shelves and according to the BDA with the client.- Ensure and monitor that the FIFO method, stock level, price tags, etc. are applied for all products on display at the client's side.- Reduce GRVs by performing the required analysis for the clients under their territory.- Ensure all GRVs are collected from client location on a timely manner.- Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of the sales plan set out by the Head of the department.- Build good relationships with the key account clients and ensure customer satisfaction.- Get the feedback from the clients regarding their schedules which include the delivery timeframe, near expiry date acceptance scheme and share the details with the operations department.- Perform daily visits to the market to ensure the merchandiser's work is going on smoothly and as planned.- Participate in the preparation of the Purchase Order for the stock based on the forecast of the market's demand.Job SpecificationHiam Al Ameri (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Salesman in the field of Sales in one of their offices located in Dubai & Northern Emirates - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree qualification and at least 3 years of experience. This position requires mandatory skills in company, build, area, market, client, monitor, fifo, stock, level, side, analysis, territory, implementation, execution, sales, head, customer satisfaction, feedback, operations, merchandiser, and demand. This is a Full-Time morning shift job. Salary varies between 5k to 7k (AED) per month depending upon the skills and years of experience the candidate possesses.
