Join Our Team as a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai!Are you detail-oriented, organized, and adept at coordinating logistics operations? We're seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai!Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to arrange transportation and track shipments.Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipping activities.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.Resolve issues and address discrepancies related to shipments, deliveries, and inventory.Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management.Requirements:Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.UAE residency or a valid work permit required.Job SpecificationJoulia Adam (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the position of Logistics Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have at least less than 1 year of experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory. This is a full-time rotational job with a salary ranging from 4,000 to 4,000 AED per month, depending on skills and years of experience.
