We have earned the trust of our customers, equipping 50-60% of the largest clinics and medical and cosmetic centers in the UAE with our products.DUBIMED - QATAR Branch is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Devices Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of medical devices and equipment for dermatology and aesthetic clinics, along with a proven track record of success.Job Responsibilities:Assess clients' needs and present suitable promoted products.Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products using effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.Provide product information and deliver product samples.Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.Build positive, trust-based relationships with medical representatives to influence decision-making.Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for reporting and feedback in our CRM system.Pursue continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest medical data.Possess profound knowledge and experience in medical device design.Oversee the functions of biomedical technicians, particularly in equipment installation and maintenance.Provide training on biomedical equipment to relevant staff.Evaluate biomedical equipment for safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.Requirements:Previous experience in the dermatology and aesthetic field (required).Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and current medical issues.Proficiency in MS Office.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.Strong organizational and time management skills.Valid Qatar Driving License (required).Proficiency in Arabic (required).Benefits:As per Qatar LawTBD
