Job Description As the Director of Sales (DoS) & Country Lead, you will be part of our Growth Markets Team, driving our continued growth throughout Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain, with a particular focus on both public and non-public sector customers in Qatar. What You'll Do: You will set up and run your territory, leading a team of reps to achieve a revenue target of $4-5M per annum once established.You will inspire, engage, and enable your team; coach them on best practices, review performance, and support professional development.You will support your team in client activity and deals, leading by example.You will use MEDDPICC/Force management tools to facilitate your team's success.You will direct the flow of information for sales activities and transactions and ensure district goals are met.You will ensure sales objectives are met within corporate strategies and champion productive partnerships with other departments. Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified: You have led top-flight sales teams, converting raw talent into top performers.You have 7-15 years of enterprise software sales experience, creating complex enterprise-wide SaaS deals.You are a proven leader with experience managing a team of at least 3 sales reps for no less than 3 years.You genuinely care about others, creating a culture of learning and collaboration.You are passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understand the impact of social media platforms.You have built successful relationships and understand the importance of customer care.You consistently identify and attend industry events, leveraging your network to engage clients and prospects.
