Duty Manager

We are looking for Duty Manager for busy Pizza and fast food stores. Some of the daily tasks would be: Promote in-store offers, advertisements and promotions; Organize and monitor inventory levels; Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify shortages; Ensure stock rotation and handling of food items; Prepare food items with the store staff, Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus Maintain product and services quality as per the set standards including product delivery standards Coordinating the effective, professional day-to-day running of the services Training, evaluating staff, and resolving staff grievances Consistently looking at ways to improve the quality of our service Take feedback from the customers Respond to customer’s inquiries and complaints Ensure customer service standards are met Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store in the allocated shift Working on weekends and late nights and being available on-calls are required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand. Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality is MUST 4+ Years of hospitality experience required to qualify for the position You should have a valid driving license. All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test, and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
