Role description: The role involves packaging and distributing butchery products, handling administrative tasks, and actively participating in health and safety practices. The candidate will support a collaborative environment focused on quality and safety. Responsibilities will include: Slice and package products according to the production plan. Process orders for dispatch and maintain workspace cleanliness. Assist the Production Administration Manager with various tasks. Attend team meetings and follow up on action items. Promote adherence to food safety policies and practices. This role will suit someone with all or some of the following background/experience/qualities: Experience in food handling and safety practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. A reasonable level of physical fitness for lifting and moving goods. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
