PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as an ASSESSMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGY PLANS AND ASSESSMENT (CODE N5) of COMMANDER, US NAVAL FORCES CENTRAL COM. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Developing assessments metrics to assess effectiveness of operational activities and planning factors;
2. Coordinating the command's input to the annual command strategic, operational campaign assessment and the Comprehensive Joint Assessment to both the agency and command;
3. Developing the command's policy objectives for program matters affecting planning and warfighting assessments;
4. Researching and reviewing the Strategic and Policy guidance to identify those elements that apply to the command's operational environment.
