Job details

Duties & Responsibilities:Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment/products.Interface with relevant departments to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated, tested, and calibrated.Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s)/procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.Investigate reported Equipment/product Problems/NCRs and initiate corrective action.Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending improvements and optimization of existing and future equipment/products.Provide information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM/NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.Participate in NCR investigations.Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Maintain good relationships with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members.Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.Skills & Experience Required:Technical/functional knowledge.Knowledge of NOV supplied drilling equipment or industry equipment.Good analytical skills with ability for problem solving.Quality Focus.Planning, including ability to plan and supervise workloads.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Time management.Customer Focus.Technical Learning.Patience.Decision Making.Ability to work under pressure.Personal and Interpersonal Skills:Handle the jobs as a lead Engineer.Collaborate and work well together with others.
