Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Create crane maintenance documents for Liebherr and its customers. Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data and to achieve goals. Maintain project timelines and work to assigned schedules. Use multimedia applications to create content in line with process developments at Liebherr. Use JIRA-based tracking systems to manage issues as they arise. Maintain a customer focus in all aspects of work. Use Creo and other drawing applications to create content to support maintenance guidelines. Other duties will evolve and arise from time to time. Qualifications, Requirements & Experience A relevant third level technical qualification or technical background. Practical experience in maintenance of electromechanical equipment. Experience in creating technical content for use in training/coaching. Ability to use own initiative / a strong team player. Excellent communication / collaboration skills. A willingness to learn / develop further relevant skills as they arise. Applicants must have a high standard of written and spoken English. Experienced in the use of drawing packages such as Creo/AutoCAD or similar. Proficient computer user - a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - minimum. Fluency in German would be desirable.
