Ideally, the candidate will have experience in the following sectors: Construction, Real Estate, and/or Hospitality.The position involves determining all commercial legal activities of the Group and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and charters of the companies within the Group. The role includes assessing, controlling, and determining legal information for all stakeholders (e.g., cases, statutes, and regulations), giving accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics, collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies, and specifying internal governance policies while regularly monitoring compliance.
