Global Automation CoE -The Global Automation CoE sits within the Global Operations Office (GOO). The goal of GOO is to provide centralized governance and oversight, ensuring standardization and driving efficiencies across the regions: North America, EMEA and APAC without sacrificing agility and scalability. The Global Automation CoE is responsible for creating a scalable, stable and governed approach to standardising and optimising processes and automating work. It will drive an operational rather than purely technical approach to process optimization and automation. Proximity to our business is key, leveraging ‘citizen development’ and driving a federated CoE approach rather than completely centralized or conversely, completely democratized. The CoE will focus on e2e processes and ‘concept’ value streams such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Serviced Programs(MSP) when identifying opportunities to optimize or automate. It will ensure governance built upon meaningful ROI, client & colleague impact and technical considerations. It will create an environment and mechanism where all colleagues regardless of role and level feel empowered to suggest process improvement or automation ideas Purpose of the job - provide technology leadership by identifying and recommending suitable automation technologies for transforming RPO- Recruitment Process Outsourcing and MSP- Managed service Program value streams. - This role will be part of the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and reports to the Global Head of Automation. The role will support process discovery and analysis of key value streams of RPO and MSP. In addition, the role will build a roadmap of technology driven process transformation consisting of short term and mid-to-long term automation opportunities aligned to key business objectives and priorities. - This is a highly collaborative role with engagement at senior leadership level and will involve working closely with business, technology and vendor teams. - Has expertise in a range of automation technologies such as robotic process automation, low-code business process management platforms, workflow orchestration tools, Gen AI/ML. responsibilities ● Collaborate with Lean Six Sigma business improvement experts, regional delivery and Operations teams to analyze the current state of processes and value streams with a particular focus on the technologies/applications used, key challenges and pain points for clients, and the end users including internal teams. ● Identify new automation and technology-driven transformation opportunities. Analyze and translate use cases into technical requirements, assessing technical aspects of automation solutions, and collaborating with development and the relevant technology teams for optimal solutions. ● Validate and ensure accessibility of chosen technologies, deliver cost-effective solution designs, and maintain consistency between business, information, and technology architectures. ● Interface with management teams across all levels, subject matter experts, technical experts, and IT functions to develop, maintain, and deploy automation solutions and architectures. ● Collaborate closely with IT and other relevant functions for the integration, operation, and lifecycle management of these solutions ● Engage with various relevant functions to ensure that automations solutions comply with security, architecture, compliance, and regulatory requirements. ● Provide technology leadership in process automation, driving knowledge sharing initiatives to promote adoption of the latest technologies. You will evaluate and select the optimal technologies for our organization, based on your technical knowledge and the market trends. key performance indicators - Deliver cost-effective technology solutions - Technical solutions comply with security, infrastructure and data protection standards - Improve client, and talent experience - New technology solutions improve overall process performance and employee experience key stakeholders - Regional MDs and their leadership teams - Tech senior leadership and product leaders - OpEx, Service and Solution Design Leaders - GBS, Global Operations Office and Automation CoE leadership education, experience & knowledge - Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, OR equivalent with a focus on process automation and AI architecture development - At least 5 years of industry experience delivering complex solutions in AI/ML, low code applications, RPA, workflow orchestration solutions. - Experience in capturing end users needs and translating them into technical requirements. Experience in solutions design and enterprise architecture - Experience in technology strategy, and operations transformation using multiple automation technologies such as RPA, ML/AI, low code application, workflow orchestration tools. - Ability to translate business needs into automation and AI strategies and manage automation solutions across different environments. - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high emotional intelligence, and proven ability influence cross-functionally and at all levels and to thrive in a high growth, global, virtual environment is essential - Ability to challenge the status quo, and work under ambiguous circumstances - Strong execution ability and a sense of urgency. - Highly numerate and strong IT skills (Data analysis, visualization and presentation tools)- Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised. - Experience working in a commercial support environment. - Preferably international experience in a staffing/recruitment organization.
