Assistant Manager - Customer Retention Marketing

Job Responsibilities: The person will be responsible to build long-term relationships with customers, increase their loyalty towards Xiaomi and play a vital role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our valued customers. Job requirements: • Improve user retention and drive repeat purchases • Analyzing data to determine which strategies are most effective in retaining customers over time & optimize accordingly • Build, launch and scale Loyalty & Referral programs • Reduce cart drop offs, drive up-sell and cross-sell initiatives • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across different communication channels like Mailers, Push notifications, WhatsApp and SMS • Monitoring competitors’ activities and industry trends for all CRM activities • Define key metrics & track them to measure short-term and long-term impact of marketing strategies • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders like marketing, product, design teams and 3rd party CRM tool vendors • Must be user experience focused • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing strategies Experience - 5 to 8 years
