This is a great opportunity for a Senior Account Director with a proven track record to join the client servicing departments of our award-winning brand & digital agency. Reporting to the Client Services Director , this role will help drive growth and strengthen the brand capabilities of our business, working closely with creative department to ensure the highest standard of delivery to our clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Representing the agency at a senior level with our clients.
- Developing business partner relationships with key contacts within the clients and strive to maintain long lasting and sustainable success of the Agency's clients.
- Demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using agency resources to support our client's business.
- Building strong relationships and trust with creative partners.
- Working closely with the Directors to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities - researching leads and pitching for new business.
- Driving organic growth by working closely with existing clients, anticipating their business needs and leading client relations.
- Coaching, mentoring and managing junior members of your team and providing consistent direction to them.
- Handling budgets, managing costs and invoicing clients.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate level degree with upwards of 5 years' industry experience.
- Previous agency experience.
- Proven track record of building profitable business relationships.
- A passion for creative marketing and an understanding of what makes for good creative.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Effective interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- UAE/ GCC experience.
