Responsibilities:Handle entrepreneur inquiries and answer related questions.Manage internal correspondence and external communication with entrepreneurs.Conduct site visits to monitor, audit, and negotiate terms and conditions for approved projects.Develop initial deal structure and repayment plans with entrepreneurs; prepare, reschedule, and restructure plans for existing projects.Disburse loans and manage project implementation in line with approved terms and conditions.Prepare progress reports on assigned projects.Job Specific Competencies:Financial ModelingFinancial and Business AcumenInterpersonal CommunicationDetail OrientedAccuracyTact and DiplomacyTime Management SkillsAdaptable and ConfidentMinimum Requirement:Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration or any relevant fields.
