We are looking for a Pipeline Package Manager for one of our clients with the following details:Location: Abu Dhabi, UAETentative Start date: ASAPContract Duration: 12 months, renewableWork Status: ResidentQualification and Experience Required:Mandatory minimum experience in a similar position: 10 Years with managerial responsibilitiesDegree: Bachelor's degree in engineeringProfessional experience: 20 years minimum within Pipeline scopePipeline Project management skills (Budget/Cost/Schedule/Contract)Strong HSE leadership in pipeline constructionAbility to work in a multi-cultural business environmentGood interpersonal and communication skillsLanguage: English as mother tongue or Fluent in English (speaking and writing), French and/or Arabic language is a plusRecent EPC pipeline construction working experience in Iraq will be an added advantageAdvanced expertise is required:Pipeline in oil & gas project/industry especially for onshore fieldsProject at all life-cycle stages of project development (FEED, Basic and Detailed Engineering, etc)Oil & Gas Pipeline Materials, Design, Manufacturing and Testing according to industry standards and COMPANY specificationsInternational Pipeline codesPiping software & Piping vibration assessment (like PDMS/E3D, Caesar, etc)Sour Gas Service designPipeline EPC contract management especially in IraqExpertise in pipeline HDD in sensitive environmentsExpertise in pipeline pre-commissioning/commissioning and start-upRisk management capability i.e. logistic, community especially in IraqActivities:To ensure that HSSE issues are correctly handled in the GMP technical documentation related to the pipeline package, to verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites (H3SE awareness) and to ensure safe working practices are used by Contractors along all phases of projectTo have knowledge of Pipeline-related Company Rules, Specifications (CR's/GS's) and Methodology, Project specifications and Contractual documentation, international norms and standards, taking knowledge from them for application to the ProjectAct as COMPANY Representative towards Pipeline ContractorImplement the delivery plan with the Contractors to receive documents on timeEnsure the deliverables follow-up and the regular control of the documentation qualityOrganize, control and verify coordination inter disciplines and coordination with other parts of the projectCoordinate between HSE, QA, Field Operations and Commissioning to ensure Pipeline is safe, can be operated and maintainedControl and ensure progress on fabrication and anticipate upcoming phasesEnsure that procurement plan is in line with the Project Execution PlanMonitor and control Contractors with respect to contractual requirements related to HSE, technical requirements, Costs, Schedule, etc...To be responsible of the contract execution and budget control by reducing Change orders if any to a minimumTo participates to coordination meetings with Contractor as appropriateTo participate as requested to project reviews by COMPANY's referential (HAZOP, HAZID, SPOT, ODR, PTR...)To ensure adequate and timely reporting to the GMP Project Director (progress, concerns)To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation (whatever its support)To gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to COMPANY entities as requiredIf Interested Kindly apply.
