By providing tailored hubs to suit its clients' needs, Octopus gives companies all the advantages of remote work and offshoring without all the negatives.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement and define product requirements.Manage Business Analysts: Lead and manage business analysts within scrum teams, ensuring alignment with product goals and delivering value to the business.Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for product development.Scrum Teams Collaboration: Work closely with scrum teams to communicate business requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business leaders, to align product features with business objectives.Process Mapping: Utilize Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and optimize product-related processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for product and process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess product performance and make informed recommendations for improvement.
