Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist.
In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operation of their computer systems and software applications.
Job SpecificationProvide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity problems, including LAN and Wi-Fi issues.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
Educate and train users on basic hardware and software usage.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and user guides.
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
