We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers. We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants. What will you do The Performance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all departments are working at their peak efficiency and contributing to the company’s overall success. Reporting directly to the CEO’s office, the PM will monitor and review the performance of projects, departments, and individual contributors. This role includes managing the development and implementation of performance tracking systems on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The PM will also collaborate with teams across the organization to help identify performance gaps and develop action plans to address them, driving improvements in productivity and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain performance tracking systems to assess the productivity and output of all departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various teams and departments, analyze trends, and provide insights on areas requiring improvement.
  • Present performance reports to the CEO’s office on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify areas of underperformance and propose actionable solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc performance reviews for specific projects, products, or initiatives based on requirements raised by the CEO’s office.
  • Develop detailed action plans based on performance data to drive improvements and follow up to ensure successful implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments and the CEO’s office, ensuring alignment on performance goals and expectations.
  • Provide input on strategies to improve business operations, influence decision-making, and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to meeting performance goals, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to innovate the company’s performance management processes, improving workflow and productivity.
  • Create, propose, and analyze P&L reports to ensure proposed projects targets are met by providing insights into profitability, cost control, and risk analysis.
  • Collaborating with finance and department heads, the PM will assess the financial impact of decisions, ensuring sustainability. Additionally, the PM will conduct risk analysis, identifying financial and operational risks, such as market fluctuations and project delays, and propose mitigation strategies. By managing P&L and risk processes, the PM will deliver actionable insights to the CEO, guiding both short- and long-term strategic decisions.
What are we looking for:
  • Experience in the Fintech or payments sector, with a solid understanding of processes and challenges.
  • Experience working within or alongside the banking sector, focusing on performance optimization.
  • Strong connections within the Technology Service Provider (TSP) ecosystem, particularly in banking services.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing performance at both departmental and project levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, including resource allocation, budget tracking, and timeline management.
  • Experience in overseeing teams and guiding individuals toward higher performance, with a knack for motivating people.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate technical workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
  • Competency in analyzing data and performance trends to suggest strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to assess how performance improvements directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.

Education Qualification - MBA Experience - Total Experience: 10+ years Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech Work arrangement – 5 days working from office Location – Mumbai What do we offer:
