Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tooling sector to achieve sales targets.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding our tooling solutions, helping them to choose the right products for their needs.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product positioning and sales strategies.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our tooling products to potential customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to facilitate the development of customized solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into market trends and sales performance to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the tooling or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of tooling technology and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suit
