Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an EFL Instructor to join our client's team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - KSA.Required No:10 - Native English Instructors10 - Bilingual English InstructorsJOB DESCRIPTION:Teaching English curriculum to the traineesWorking with other team members to prepare resources for the English program including, but not limited to, revision materials, test question banks or other remedial resourcesMonitoring student progress and analyzing test results to address weak areasConducting remedial and or make-up lessonsMarking and Invigilating examsSubstitution of other faculty members in cases of absenceFollowing and encouraging trainees to follow the rules and regulationsPreparing lesson plans and following prescribed pacing schedules for curriculumAttending team meetings as requiredSKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:Bachelor's Degree in English or related subjectsFor Bilingual, must have a valid IELTS Academic certificate with Band 7TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, TOEFL / TESOL certificatesMinimum 5 years in a teaching role, preferably in vocational or higher educationExperience in a technical context desirableExcellent interpersonal communication skillsWillingness to help others and meet staff and student needsInitiative to learn and follow work procedures and policiesCollaboration with departmentsEffective email communicationPunctuality and professional demeanorDesire for continuous professional developmentProper business conduct, integrity, and work ethicsSalary Package and Offers:1) Position: EFL Instructors2) Work Location: Khafji, Saudi Arabia3) Salary Package:- For Bilingual English Instructors: SAR 9,000 - SAR 11,000 (full package including transportation, accommodation, and food)- For Native English Instructors: SAR 13,000 - SAR 15,000 (full package including transportation, accommodation, and food)4) Contract Status: Single5) Contract Duration: One year6) Tickets: One ticket (two ways provided)7) Work Days & Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day8) Iqama or Business visa will be providedInterested and qualified candidates, please submit your application to info@premiumsolutions.qa.
