Director of Operations Jobs in Dubai, UAE by Offshore Recruitment ServicesResponsibilities:Conduct meetings with Operations Managers and Project Managers regarding operational disruptions and review reports from each department.Visit sites regularly to supervise work progress and provide necessary assistance.Review relations with consultants and owners.Review the coverage, terms, and conditions of the Sub-contractor agreement.Participate in negotiation and agreement finalization of Sub-contractors.Provide support for initiatives that aim to enhance the overall control and performance of projects.Align operations action plan with the company strategic plan to ensure that strategic plans are translated into actionable and executable plans.Review and approve the following:Material RequisitionLocal Purchase OrderSub-contractor Payments and approve billing from different suppliers for cheque preparation.Ensure that the cheque is correct before submission to the Chief Executive Officer for signature and verify expenses for each project and edit business correspondence before signing.Follow up on legal aspects relating to the projects.Coordinate with the Plant Manager in the selection of machinery and equipment and approving the requirements.
