The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right talent to drive the company's success.
Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning to attract top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
Talent Acquisition Technology:
Introduce and continuously improve candidate management systems and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes, enhance candidate experience, and increase overall efficiency.
Managing Talent Acquisition Process:
Provide leadership to a small team of recruitment specialists who will oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring each step adheres to the relevant company policies and procedures. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them the support they require while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout their journey.
This role will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior hires. This will include:
Advertising:Creating compelling and targeted job postings that attract the right candidates.
Sourcing:Actively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screening:Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements.
Interview Coordination:Organize and manage interview schedules, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
Offer Negotiation:Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates.
Offer Management:Prepare and issue offer letters, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and aligned with company policies.
Legalization Follow-Up:Work closely with the Employee Experience coordinator (onboarding) and legalization team to ensure all government-related processes (e.g., work permits, sponsorship transfers, work visas) are completed before the onboarding of new hires.
Onboarding Support:Collaborate with the Employee Experience coordinator (onboarding) and relevant departments to ensure all necessary equipment, such as laptops and system access, is ready for new joiners before their start date.
Building Talent Pipelines:Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Data-Driven Recruitment:Track and manage the agreed TA metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.
Qatar Nationalization Initiatives:Implement and manage nationalization strategies to meet government requirements and enhance local talent development.
Recruitment Events:Promote the company's brand and values to potential candidates, representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
Compliance:Ensure recruitment processes are in line with legal requirements and company policies.

Position Requirements:
Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with at least 3 years managing a TA/Recruitment team.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
Spoken & written Arabic is a distinct advantage.
Strong understanding of TA best practices.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and implement TA strategies that align with business goals.
Previous experience rolling out new ATS/TA technology systems.
Proficiency with social media recruiting and sourcing tools.
Experience with TA analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
