Job details
This position is responsible for eConceptions personnel administration and management, encompassing all functional areas of personnel relations, such as benefits and personnel research. This position is also responsible for providing overall administrative support to the HR Manager. In addition, this position assists in office and department administration, and other tasks that may be assigned by the manager as required.
Job SpecificationThe following duties and responsibilities are those considered to be essential but do not represent all job functions that may be required to be performed by this position. Other comparable duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.HiringProvide staff orientation on company policies and health programs.
Enroll employees in all health programs.
Monitor and track 90-day follow up orientation program.
Advertise for open positions, screen applicants, and lead the interview process.
Draft job descriptions with managers and supervisors as needed and maintain job description file.Employee Counseling
Answer general human resources-related inquiries from staff.
Responsible for overseeing all disciplinary actions, including terminations. Process all associated paperwork.Administration
Manage time and attendance systems.
Research legal requirements as needed. Collect, analyze, monitor, and disseminate new law updates.
Maintain training logs and all training activities. Track paid time off and sick time.
Maintain office bulletin boards in compliance with legal directives.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Maintain the required confidential nature of human resources.
Keep personnel files current.
Create and implement new policies and procedures as needed. Update Employee Handbook as needed.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees.Executive Support
Set up meetings, coordinate visits to facility, travel arrangements, calendar, mail, answers telephone inquiries, and prepares reports and correspondence for the company.
Support board meeting material preparation and maintenance. Distribute agendas and take meeting minutes.Development Support
Collate information for grants and prepare for mailing.
Prepare and mail event invitations and other promotional pieces as needed.Secretarial Support
Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions with visitors and clients. Welcome visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitor to appropriate staff members.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel; provide callers with information on the organization including address, directions, or mailing information; take and deliver messages; exemplify the organization's values of respect, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Receive, sort, date stamp, and route all incoming mail and faxes in a timely and efficient manner in order to support staff and operations.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Years Experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with specialization in HR) from HEC recognized institute. Work Experience: Fresh. Minimum cGPA required: 3.0.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCommitment to understanding and supporting eConceptions mission.
Superior writing and oral communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
