Level 3Job Description:Technical integrator that will work on evaluating the technical solutions of the acquisitions (desktops, desktop apps, web apps, externally hosted apps, mobility, workflows), and develop migration plans to MS offered solutions. Primary role is to work on the acquisition team to help plan, direct, coordinate and execute interim and end-state user-experience target operating model (TOM) for RIA acquisitions.Additionally, individual will also work with WSS, ENS and ETS teams in the implementation of long-term operating model which will include the conversion to MS network. Candidate will manage and implement short and long-term strategic plans with focus on risk-detection, cost, and timeline delivery amongst other factors. Individual will provide transparency through agile reporting and regularly scheduled project meetings. Candidate will also work and coordinate with the various teams on the end-user experience management ensuring cohesiveness of the solution and clear-cut transition as users are migrated to end-state operating model. Individual will also work extensively with the Platform Solutions Services group in the validation of the desktop/laptop products. Project end-state delivery will include the transformation of acquisition offices to MS networks with MS firm-issued end-point devices (laptops/desktops/mobile devices/etc).Required Skills:Assist in the planning and execution of technology deployments.Integration of new technologies into the environment which includes representing the division needs and requirements as the product is configured.Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology.Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large scale technology implementations.Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects.Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects.Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams.Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users.Ability to support users in a professional manner.Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 issues both software and hardware related.Basic understanding of the Active Directory and Group Management infrastructure.Strong ability to communicate and write professionally by all methods (email, phone, text, etc.).Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).Must be organized, innovative and able to self-motivate.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail.Strategic and creative mindset.Preferred Qualifications:MAC experience a plus.Reporting Tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).SharePoint.Web Design - HTML/CSS/JavaScript.Jive.ServiceNow.
