Our global team of over 8,000 professionals operates in more than 160 offices across 40 countries and territories.Your Role:ERM is seeking a dynamic Managing Consultant to join our climate change advisory services team in the Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the growth and success of ERM's climate change business. Our climate change services encompass decarbonization strategy development, creation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon inventories, TCFD analysis and reporting, strategy development, policy and regulatory analysis, target setting, and benchmarking. Our clients include global corporations, utilities, and financial institutions across various industries, all striving to make a significant impact on climate policy and clean energy initiatives.Why This Role Matters:This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional eager to lead cutting-edge climate advisory projects for Fortune 500 companies and privately held clients. You will work with an expert consulting team, influencing decision-makers and driving meaningful change in sustainability practices.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead climate-related projects, including designing GHG inventories (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), analyzing emission reduction strategies, and assessing policies.Strategy Development: Support the creation and execution of climate change strategies and transition plans.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and ERM colleagues.Thought Leadership: Provide strategic insights and high-quality deliverables, guiding colleagues through complex projects.Communication: Exhibit strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills for impactful client communications.Who Are You?You thrive in a team environment and excel at managing multiple projects.
