The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the gambling industry, with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape and a passion for driving business success. What we expect of you? Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the B2B divisionOversee all operational aspects of the B2B business, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the gambling industryMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovationLead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals to achieve business objectivesEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards What we're after Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)At least 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the gambling industry, with a focus on B2B operationsProven track record of driving business growth and profitabilityStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices What do you get?
