Fibre Telecoms UK are an award-winning telecoms company, based in Southampton and are currently going through an exciting period of growth. Our New Business Executives are a motivated and enthusiastic group of people, and we are looking for like-minded individuals that are going to thrive within a targeted, fast paced environment. We excel in everything we do and pride ourselves on fantastic training and ongoing support to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. Our New Business Executives are paid a basic salary of between £23,000 - £35,000 per year with OTE in excess of £70K! Please note this is an office-based role, in Southampton. Benefits for a New Business Executive choosing to work with Fibre include: · Basic Salary of up to £35,000· Generous uncapped commissions of £70k or more. · An exciting role with future progression opportunities. · Additional weekly incentives. · 28 days holiday · Monday to Friday working hours, 08:45-17:15 – no evenings or weekend work. · Refer a friend scheme. In return for this we are looking for someone who is:

- Initial telephone contact to potential new customers
- Using your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the Managing Director or Key Decision Maker
- Fluently delivering the marketing script, ensuring the decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product
- Ensuring the business qualifies in line with the key criteria then obtaining commitment from the key decision maker for an appointment
