Career built through Developer/Software Engineering/Tech Lead roles in Open Source skill trackNOTE : Not QA/ BA/PM/SM and any other non-Technology roles4. Average tenure in the companies is > 3 Years5. Managed Large Fixed Bid projects6. Experience of Managing Digital Transformation/Cloud Transformation/AI based projects7. Willing to work from the office 3 to 5 days8.
