Developing policies and procedures for the department.
Job Specification5 to 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience with a reputable organization.
Strong communication, training, and IT skills.
Result-oriented, competent, able to handle the workload, highly organized, and motivated.
Good team management skills.
Ability to lead and influence with sound decision-making qualities.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good command of IT software.
