Hiring for an Investment Banking team for Gurgaon location.Immediate Joiner/ 30 days candidates are preferredResponsibilitiesExperience in detailed capital structure & tranche level debt analysis, project finance models, liquidity/headroom and WACC analysisStrong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments and corporate finance principlesUnderstanding of ESG and especially the sustainable finance aspects such as green, social and sustainability bonds/loansAbility to conduct detailed research on specific sectors, clients and key financial & strategic themesHave understanding towards credit analysis, variance analysisRequired BackgroundThe candidate should have experience of working in Investment Banking industry and would be working on Detailed Capital Structure Analysis, Debt Profiles, Debt Maturity, Industry KPIs, and related commentary.Good communication skills, preferably with experience in client facing roleAbility to multi-task, priority setting and meeting deadlinesThe candidate should possess a highly analytical mind with an eye for detail, as well as a very high level of attentionClear and logical thinking to understand client's requirementsCandidates can directly mail the resume on Payal.Kapoor@acuitykp.com PRB
