Job Description:The Oracle EPM Hyperion Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Hyperion applications. We are looking for 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Hyperion and a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Roles and Responsibilities:· Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Hyperion applications, including Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Hyperion Essbase.· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.· Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.· Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Hyperion applications and provide end-user support and training.· Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and system functionality.· Monitor and manage user access, security, and data integrity within the Hyperion environment.· Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Qualifications:· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Hyperion, including Hyperion Planning, HFM, and Essbase.· Strong understanding of PBCS and EPBCS Areas.· Experience in Oracle cloud would be a plus.· Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and manipulation.· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.· Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.Education Qualification:· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
