Expert Network Supervision is responsible for Transport network monitoring covering Microwave, Optical, IP, FIX Customers in 24*7 shifts.

The role reports directly to the Manager Transmission Supervision with an extended team of 16 team members.

What does Expert Network Supervision do?Hands-on experience on Huawei and Ericsson MW, Optical (including OTN & DWDM, WSON) & IP nodes.

Escalating and following up for early resolution of all persistent analytical problems including cross-domain analysis (RAN/TXN/IP/Core/FIX) according to SLA.

Data reconciliation & enrichment in development of TXN (MW+ optical)/IP reports (both existing/newly developed) via Tableau for analytical domain.

Proactive analysis/good troubleshooting & analytical skills, i.e., perform detailed analysis for repetitive outages to find the root cause and support concerned teams for earlier resolution.

Responsible for enabling and guiding the process to newly hired team members for troubleshooting and identification of all TXN/IP related issues.

Ensure Network L1 support to Nationwide operational field teams.

Handling Nationwide activities (Roll out/ND/Operations).

Highlighting and identifying network faults, following up till closure.

Requirements4-6 Years of experience, Holds BS Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics degree.

Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills; IP Certification i.e., CCNA, HCNA will be an added advantage.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to promote the department and technology portfolio with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints. Last but not least, the candidate must be a good team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
