Working Hours:09:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize designs for rubber components and products, ensuring they meet performance, durability, and aesthetic standards.
Collaborate with material scientists to choose appropriate rubber formulations and additives that enhance product performance.
Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Creo software (e.g., AutoCAD).
Work with manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet industry standards.
Requirements:Experience in rubber product design and development, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in Creo software and familiarity with simulation tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
