Electrical Supervisor• Contract Officer and administrator.• Project Cost analyst and Estimator.• Manage and administer M.M. Alarji Cont. Est. Contract with SAUDI ARAMCO Projects with more than 100 Workers in field.• Manage and Supervise the Cathodic Protection Project.• Planning and evaluating the Project construction schedule, daily work schedule, manpower deployment, and work completion report.• Identifying and minimizing the exposure of risk on Project.• Estimates and allocates the budget and cost for electrical and construction materials.• Analyze Project timeline and define functional requirements.• Develops, modifies, and provides inputs to Project Plan and updates the General Manager.• Flawless execution and implementation of Project Schedule and scope of work.• Supervise and motivate team personnel in work for effective standard project implementation, scope of work, and methodology.• Reviews the documents and deliverables prepared by team personnel before releasing them to clients and management.• Monitors and maintains records of expenditure, costing, billing, and confidential documents.• Attend meetings; follow up on all Projects related responsibilities with Saudi Aramco.• Perform any other duties related to his responsibility as Project Manager as and when needed.Skills• He should have experience in the construction field for a minimum of two years.• PMP certificate.• Fluent in English.A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.Strong leadership skills.Proven self-management and team-management skills.Ability to monitor and control project budgets.Capability to make decisions under pressure.
